This will take you to the secure PayPal site for afinitas where you will be able to pay with credit card, echeck or existing PayPal account. IMPORTANT: If registering on-line please provide us with the names of all attendees using the "Additional Attendee Names" field of the secure order form.

Please note that checks must be received and clear one week prior to the dinner. Refunds are only available if requested seven or more days prior to the dinner. There are no exceptions to this policy.
